Our Services
Issues We Work With
Our practitioners work with young people, adults, and couples. We support clients through a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, ADHD, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and personal growth.
EMDR
The goal of EMDR Therapy is to process distressing memories and develop more adaptive ways of thinking, behaving and coping. EMDR changes the way the brain processes experiences and has been found to lead to profound and lasting changes.
Numerous studies have established that EMDR is an effective therapy for the treatment of PTSD and trauma. There is also emerging evidence for EMDR as a treatment for a number of issues that may have resulted from disturbing events in childhood or adulthood including anxiety, depression, phobias and addiction.
Personal Growth Coaching
We provide personalised growth coaching, with the aim of helping you to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and confidence. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping strategies, and gently shift limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. Our goal is to guide you toward lasting emotional resilience, deeper self-awareness, and a renewed sense of purpose, so you can step into the best and most empowered version of yourself.
Couples Therapy
Our practitioners endeavour to hold a space for couples to feel heard, to heal and to reconnect.
We offer support around a range of relational issues including: difficulty with communication, trust issues, infidelity, parenting, conflict, life adjustments, navigating big decisions and working through separation if necessary.
In Person And Telehealth Sessions
Mind Intertwined offers both in-person and telehealth psychology sessions, providing a convenient, confidential, and supportive way to access therapy - whether from the comfort of your own space or in our office for personalised, compassionate care.
